Amanda Bynes at it again! WTF is going on with her?

WTF is going on with Amanda Bynes?! Amanda was caught by police last night with NO head lights AND a suspended license. YIKES! Amanda WASN'T arrested and was just given a verbal warning, but if she had been brought in she would have faced up to a year in jail...TAKE A CAB!!! Amanda, don't do this! You have the $$ for a taxi! Oy!
