Two of the most awful, annoying reality stars in history, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag (whose CD I definitely own), are flat broke and living with Spencer's parents. Clearly getting life threatening plastic surgery does not a fortune make. You really have to wonder how many bad monetary decisions were made to blow all their money. I mean, there was a time when Heidi must have been making a bundle...yikes.
