Lindsay Lohan arrested for bar brawl!

Wow...this has been a big week for Lindsay. After bombing in her TV movie Liz & Dick, Lindsay was supposedly very, very upset. To cheer herself up, she went to a Justin Bieber concert where she went after one of the boys from The Wanted and even tried to sneak backstage, unsuccessfully. She met up with the boy, Max George, after the show at a club, but when he saw she was intensely drunk, he made a run for it.

The accounts are a little different on different websites, but it sounds like Max George was flirting with a woman at the bar and it got Lindsay insanely belligerent. Some insults were thrown and finally when a mention of Lohan's recent performance in Liz & Dick was mentioned, she lost it and punched the woman. Lindsay was arrested and was bailed out by her friend and former assistant, Gavin Doyle. Check out the video of Lindsay, bellow, DEMANDING that Gavin be thrown out of the car and he's forced to take the long walk home with reporters following him...yikes...Lindsay violated her parole so she's going to be in deep legal trouble...ugh, I just want it to work out for her, even though she makes it really hard for anyone to feel sorry for her.

Liz & Dick: Review

Hello, all! Well, we made it. We got through Lindsay Lohan in Lifetime's Liz & Dick. The first thing I should say is that even though I love Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton and I'm an enormous fan of their movies, the way their love story was portrayed in this movie was shallow, vapid and cliche. They were written ridiculously and even though I am sure they both had their moments, I think both of them cared more about acting, movies and theater than the Liz and Dick portrayed in the movie. Also, Elizabeth Taylor was a humanitarian, raising millions for various charities. She wasn't just all booze, partying and temperament. 

Anyway, onto the performances. I'll start with Grant Bowler. You may know Mr. Bowler from HBO'S True Blood playing the role of Cooter. Mr. Bowler actually did an okay job of playing Richard Burton, but lacked any of the gravitas that Mr. Burton possessed. Richard Burton was not so young and not a typical heartthrob when he captured the heart of Liz Taylor, so he clearly had a lot of other things going on with him, Mr. Bowler was fine in the part, but didn't have the chutzpah.

Now let's get to La Lohan. What's so shocking about her performance is that she literally made no attempt to act or sound like Elizabeth Taylor and it's not that she has no mannerisms to imitate, because she definitely does...Lindsay just didn't seem to be able to muster anything up. Also, it's hard to believe they cast her in the first place. First of all, Liz Taylor was a striking woman...also, she had a metallic, recognizable voice. Lindsay's smoker's cough just didn't cut it. On top of a terrible performance, she was poorly made up and was given cheap looking wigs. The costumes were the one thing I liked. I will say though...Lindsay had a few weirdly moving moments in the movie...I'm sort of embarrassed to admit that. It made me think that maybe she was just gigantically miscast and maybe there's a future for her...but this movie is just shockingly bad. It wasn't even as campy as I was hoping .::sigh::. Oh well. 

I WAS happy to see some familiar faces in the supporting cast though: David Eigenberg as Ernest Lehman, and Charles Shaughnessy as Anthony Asquith. 

Lindsay Lohan at Liz & Dick Premiere

Oh my goodness...well...Lindsay really made an effort to clean up for her premiere of Liz & Dick. I actually think for once her hair and makeup weren't awful and I like the earrings and the dress would be fine if it didn't have those awful diamond holes with the dangly red stones and didn't fit so badly...but she truly looked much better than usual. Also, I BELIEVE that that's one of Liz Taylor's actual furs in the picture. The reviews for the Lifetime movie have been just splendidly bad, but it sounds like it'll be a fun, campy watch! Also...I've seen a few clips and Lindsay is just terrible...TERRIBLE! OY! I CAN'T WAIT!

This...is just an embarrassment of riches....OH...MY...GOD. Lindsay Lohan's life is just the best. Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen are both starring in Scary Movie 5, and supposedly have a night of passion...which Lindsay doesn't look too thrilled about. This...is...just....unreal. Whoever came up with this idea is just a genius. I will probably go see this movie.

Lindsay Lohan does NOT want to kiss Charlie Sheen in Scary Movie 5

So, I didn't know this, but they are making a Scary Movie 5, starring Molly Shannon, Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear, Ashley Tisdale, etc. Filming is underway, but guess who is causing some problems....just guess.....yup, La Lohan. Supposedly the actress was not into a scene where she has to kiss Charlie Sheen, and has missed all meetings about the movie and claiming she has pneumonia. Her reps are of course saying none of this is true...all I want is a Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen love scene...WHAT A GENIUS IDEA!!!

Lindsay needs a tax break too...

Hmm...Lindsay, I'm not feeling much sympathy for you on this. Barak Obama wrote on his twitter: “I’ve cut taxes for those who need it: middle-class families, small businesses.”—President Obama. Lindsay responded with this: "@BarackObama we also need to cut them for those that are listed on Forbes as "millionaires" if they are not, you must consider that as well." Hmmm...Oh Lindsay. 

Yay! Lindsay's moving to New York!

Hello, my gorgeous, Lindsay-loving fans! Well...the good news is that bars around the city will be doing good business, because Lindsay Lohan is moving back to the big apple. After a bunch of mishaps in LA with cars, hotel bills (she racked up a $50,000 hotel bill and hasn't paid it), and generally making a fool of herself, Lindsay is moving back to the BIG APPLE! I am hoping that she'll take a gander at starring in a show on the GREAT WHITE WAY! Imagine....Streetcar Named Desire starring Lindsay Lohan, with me as standby. Sounds good to me!

I am waiting with bated breath for ANY clips of Lindsay as Liz Taylor in the upcoming Lifetime biopic, Liz and Dick, but for now some stills from the movie will just have to do. OMG!!! We have a picture of Lindsay as a more "mature" Liz...I wonder how little they had to age her...we have a still of Lindsay as Liz in Cleopatra, the movie that Liz and Dick fell in love during the production...doesn't look very accurate...and THEN we have Lindsay as Liz probably in the late 60s, early 70s....I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS MESS!

I have to say, she looks pretty fab in this picture, clearly there's been some photoshopping, but she looks wonderful...I'm still crossing my fingers that there are some scenes from Cleopatra so we can see Lohan in some of that Egyptian garb....

Lindsay Lohan owes tanning salon $40,000!

Hello, gorgeous fans. So, if you were wondering how Lindsay keeps up her orange glow, it's because she tans...a lot. A tanning salon in Las Vegas is claiming that Lindsay owes them $40,000 in services. That is a LOT of fake tanning! A judge had already ruled that Lindsay was to pay up, but for some reason she hasn't done it yet...hmmm...I mean, I'm SURE she has at least some of that money...if not all. Who knows, but sounds like she should pay up, and fast!

Lindsay Lohan has found her Dick!

Hello, my gorgeous ones! The waiting is finally over and Lindsay Lohan (and producers) have found the man who will play Dick opposite her Liz. He isn't exactly the A-Lister she might have been hoping for, but he HAS played a werewolf on True Blood and was on Ugly Better. It's Grant Bowler, and compared to the other guys that were mentioned, he is a FAR superior choice. He has a great, mature vibe and might actually act well? Cool! Well, at least production can start AS PLANNED for June 4th. Here's what the executive producer had to say about it...

“The chemistry erupted in the room… Grant will add gravitas to our couple and bring to life one of the greatest actors who has ever lived. Burton was a Welsh poet, a rascal, and a man’s man, who swept Elizabeth Taylor off her feet and flew her so close to the sun that they both exploded into stardust that still lights up Hollywood.”

Lindsay being picky about who plays Richard Burton

Hello, gorgeous fans. So, there has been MUCH speculation about who will be playing Richard Burton opposite Lindsay Lohan's Liz Taylor. The producers have been very secretive about it all, but shooting is set to start in early June so...wtf? Supposedly Matthew Settle, from Gossip Girl, Sean Maguire of Meet the Spartans and Craig Robert Young were on the list to play Dick, but Lindsay shot them all down. She wants an A-Lister like herself (hmmm) to play opposite her...she sounds like she's being the worst. We all found out yesterday that she's picking all her costumes...and now she wants to pick her leading man. LINDSAY! You were a train wreck and people are now wanting to take a chance on you! YOU CAN'T BE PICKY!

Hello, gorgeous fans. TMZ posted some pics of Lindsay Lohan trying on costumes for her upcoming Lifetime biopic, Liz and Dick. I am just DYING to see how this is going to happen. I can't think of anyone more wrong for this part, but that's what's going to make the final product SO delicious. Also...Lindsay really can't fill a costume these days...part of Liz Taylor's appeal was that she had sexy, amazing CURVES! She was BUSTING out of this tight, gorgeous, A-line dresses. Hopefully a makeup and hair CREW will make this all a little more believable...but unfortunately, Lindsay has the right in her contract to "approve" all the costumes she wears...big mistake. Sometimes, you have to let other people make you look good. 

Lindsay and Paris partying again!

Hello, gorgeous fans. Last night Paris and Lindsay were partying in the Hollywood Hills to 7AM! The neighbors had to call the cops to break up the party. Supposedly, Lindsay hid under a tower as she scurried to her car (vampire?), and Paris left the scene in enormous sunglasses. Are Lindsay and Paris friends again? Hope not...

What did you think of Lindsay's outfit?

Hello, gorgeous fans. I was noticing this week that there was A LOT of talk on the net about the outfit that Lindsay wore to a A&E "Upfront" event. At first I thought we were all going to be on the same page and agree that she looks like sort of a mess, but then I started reading that there are people who love the actual outfit and think it's her hair and makeup ruining the look. On a second look, I agree that the dress really is pretty, besides the fringy bottom. I could have done without the hooker shoes and would have preferred a simpler pump. As for the hair and makeup...this is just a travesty. WHAT is with the dark eyebrows, nonexistent eye makeup and pale red, long, stringy hair...with a BOBBY PIN?! You're Lindsay Lohan! Wear a pretty ornate clip that would look lovely with the dress if you're going to pin your hair. The eyebrows are just a travesty. I love a thick, dramatic eyebrow, but do it with a fab updo, not with this stringy, mess of a hairstyle. Also, the makeup is lovely makeup, but not on her. The eyes need more definition since she has puffy face from whatever it is she's doing. She needs bottom liner too. Also, make sure your forehead and face are the same color...It's just a mess...::sigh::. I'm almost missing blonde Lindsay, but I'm REALLY missing this Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan is Woody Allen's new muse?

Hello, my gorgeous ones! Lindsay Lohan was spotted dining with Woody Allen in NYC where they were supposedly talking a possible new movie, starring Lindsay...um...wow. Obviously Lindsay has been making a great impression on everyone lately because there has only been positive press about her behavior recently. I ADORE Lohan, faults and all, and hope there's some truth to this rumor. Maybe Woody has a fabulous movie for her in the works...could be??
