Red Carpet Fashions from the Billboard Awards!

Hello, gorgeous ones! There were some...interesting choices made last night on the red carpet of the BILLBOARD awards. It's a music award show so you're bound to get some wackier outfits. Let's take a look at some of them. Miley Cyrus showed up looking unrecognizable in a shorter white, blazer dress thing with shoulder length, blown out hair...hmmm. I actually didn't mind Katy Perry's pale pink, sequin look with the dark purple hair. It worked for her and her colorful image. Taylor Swift actually looked more adult and less annoying in this red number, wasn't loving the top half though. I kind of love Carrie Underwood's Oscar de la Renta dress in a Cinderella type way, but the color is very cool, maybe the top layer of tulle is too much? I like it though. Is that...Brandy!? I thought Usher looked adorable in his bright blue suit.
