Makeup for Cancer Fighters

Hello, gorgeous fans. If you've been reading my blog, you know that I love the pixiwoo sitters, Samantha and Nicola Chapman. They do fabulous makeup tutorials and Samantha has her own brush line called Real Techniques. Nicola has been doing a series of videos where she'll do makeup on someone who is fighting cancer, talking with them about their struggles and by communicating with them and helping them with their makeup, hopefully making women who are fighting this disease feel empowered and more attractive during a really, REALLY difficult time. I thought the videos were so great and I applaud Nicola for doing them. Check them out!

Liza Minnelli: Don't forget!

Hello, my gorgeous ones. Liza Minnelli is literally a living legend. Over the years she's been portrayed as a mess, a drug addict, a party animal, a typical hollywood mess. Sure, there was some of that there, and I have laughed so much at impersonators like Christine Pedi do fabulous, hilarious acts, but we have to remember WHY Liza is a legend. She is raw talent, the product of two of the most legendary people in entertainment. I was watching her interview on Inside the Actor's Studio and just crying because this lady is so inspiring.
