Hello, gorgeous fans. When I read this and saw the asking price, I was actually blown away with what an amazing deal this is. I mean, it's not in New York, but an amazing apartment like that for only $2.8 million, and OPRAH lived there, so you know all the renovations she did are TOP NOTCH. Forbes Top 100 Celebrities

Hello, gorgeous fans. So, Forbes has released their list of the top 100 most powerful celebrities in the business for this year. Check out the full list here. What you have to remember about this though is that this is not about who actually earned the most this past year, it's about who has the most "power" in the industry, which I guess means investments, what jobs they have, etc. Jennifer Lopez is #1 on the list, and Oprah is #2, but she actually earned three times as much as J.Lo. The others in the top 5 were Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and Lady Gaga.  At #6 is Britney, who I wouldn't be surprised to see move up on that list for next year with her new X-Factor gig!
