Most photogenic guy in the world?

Hello, gorgeous ones. Is it just me, or is this guy really not THAT photogenic??? Sure, he's cute, but supposedly everyone is going wild over this picture of this man jogging and even calling him the most photogenic person ever. I am bewildered...haven't they met me!?
