Hello, gorgeous ones. Goodness, Amanda Bynes can't seem to get a break. Last night, police dispatched a HELICOPTER SEARCH to track an SUV believed to be involved in a hit and run. Once the cops finally caught up with the car, guess who it was!? Amanda Bynes! UGH! Amanda swore that she had no idea she had done it, and people said it was believable because Amanda hardly had any damage on her own car. Hmm...
